Do you accept personal checks?

Yes, personal checks are accepted, but your order will not be shipped until your check clears. This typically takes 2‐5 business days after receiving your check.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No At this time we can only process orders via our website.

If I am not pleased with my product can I return it?

Yes if you are not happy with your purchase you can return your purchase within 30 days and you will receive a refund less all shipping charges.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Once your order is placed it will usually ship via UPS with in 48 hours, Monday - Friday. Once it ships you will receive an e-mail from UPS with the tracking information.
