RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase from Game Time Watch Shop you may return the item within 30 day, however you MUST contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You may NOT return an item without first contacting us and receiving a proper RMA, at this time you will be given the proper shipping address to send your return to. Once your return is received at our warehouse and approved you will receive a full refund minus all shipping charges. We do not accept returns to our corporate offices for any reason.

BACKORDERS

Her at Game Time Watch Shop we strive to be in stock on all of our products, however sometimes we do run out of an item. If this does happen you will be notified and given the option to keep the order placed on backorder or you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. Our site will allow you to place a back order on an item that is out of stock letting you know the status of your order.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive an item that is damaged hold on to the product and the package for at least 8 days. However please contact us immediately with the order info and a description of the damage.  We will file a UPS claim and immediately send out a replacement.
