Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or the USPS depending on destination. If  UPS once the order has shipped you will receive an e-mail from UPS with the tracking information. If we must ship to you via USPS Priority Mail (P.O Box , Canada, AK, HI & APO Must ship USPS) please keep the following things in mind when USPS Priority Mail shipping:

1. We are unable to provide online tracking for orders shipped using the USPS.
2. If the package is lost or damaged it can take up to 2 months for us to resolve the issue with the Post Office.  During this time we cannot ship the new product to you unless it is paid for in advance.  If the claim is denied by we cannot give you any refund.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Game Time Watch Shop ships your order via UPS if your order is within the 48 US states. If your order is to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii we use the USPS. We use a flat rate shipping model based on price of your order as outlined below:

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase from Game Time Watch Shop you may return the item within 30 day, however you MUST contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You may NOT return an item without first contacting us and receiving a proper RMA, at this time you will be given the proper shipping address to send your return to. Once your return is received at our warehouse and approved you will receive a full refund minus all shipping charges. We do not accept returns to our corporate offices for any reason.
